Some moments are memorable not only because of the outcome, but because of everything that happens along the way.
I am grateful to share that alongside Adoum Ouang-namou Emmanuel, we secured 1st place in the 2026 Career Fair Programming Competition at Ashesi University.
While the result is something we are proud of, what stays with me most is the journey behind it. This experience was a reminder that meaningful achievements are rarely built alone. They come from trust, collaboration, resilience, and the willingness to learn from one another.
Beyond the competition itself, the day carried another important meaning: service.
I had the opportunity to volunteer as part of the Layout and Setup team for the Career Fair. Working behind the scenes, helping transform preparation into a space where students, organizations, and opportunities could connect, reminded me that impact is not always found in the spotlight. Sometimes, it is found in the quiet work that allows others to succeed.
This experience reinforced a simple belief I continue to carry: contribution takes many forms. Whether through building solutions, supporting a team, or creating opportunities for others, every role matters.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who made this experience possible:
Abdul Mahdi for the encouragement and recognition during the closing ceremony The Career Services team for their dedication and intentional work, especially Selasi Nukpe, Blessing Ngozi Dickson, Edna Antwi, and Godwin Abugbilla My fellow volunteers whose commitment brought the event together The partner organizations I had the opportunity to engage with My friends and supporters for their constant encouragement
This moment reminded me that teamwork is more than a phrase. It is a practice.
Together Everyone Achieves More.
And this time, we truly experienced what that means.
