Problem
Bus transportation in Chad remains largely dependent on informal processes, making it difficult for passengers to access reliable booking services and for operators to efficiently manage seats, schedules, and payments. The absence of digital ticketing systems creates challenges in organization, transparency, and overall travel experience for both passengers and transport providers.
Solution
A cross-platform Flutter application designed to modernize bus travel management through digital booking and operational tools. The platform integrates SQLite for local data storage, OTP-based authentication for secure user access, mobile money integration for convenient payments, and an administrative panel that enables transport operators to manage bookings, schedules, and passenger information efficiently.
Impact
Improves the reliability and efficiency of bus transportation by reducing double-booking issues and providing operators with a simple digital system to track tickets sold, manage booking records, and monitor collected revenue with greater accuracy and transparency.
